You will note, that NASCAR's Most Popular Driver for the last eight years, Dale Earnhardt, Jr. is conspicuously absent. He's way off the pace in 16Th place. It's not time for that team to push the panic button: It's time for them to jump up and down on it. Don't be surprised if Crew Chief Lance McGrew is looking for work before the end of the season.
